Breezeway Studio Manor opened its doors in 2013.  Located on beautiful Wilmington Island nestled between Savannah and Tybee Island, you are minutes away from historic downtown or the beach, the best of both without the hassle of either! The B&B has the unique honor of being the first Black-owned bed and breakfast on the island. There are 2  experiences at the estate:
Guest Housing or Bed and Breakfast.
 

Guests of the BnB and guest house may stroll the grounds and enjoy the quiet comfort in the arboretum with all the giant live oaks, pine trees, and other flora vegetation; the large fountain, or screened-in porches. You can also lounge in a rocking chair watching the sunset with an iced tea or explore the fine art and antiques on a guided house tour.
